Work through the full cycle from customer problems and demand to MVP, launch and metrics. AI is a means to deliver value, not the business goal itself.
/ 02
Teams of 3–5 share responsibilities, define success and demonstrate individual contributions. Bring an idea or select a corporate case.
/ 03
Build evidence: research, a prototype, a working MVP flow, evaluations, economics, a landing page and a demo. Failed hypotheses are documented honestly too.
/ 04
Tests, a project rubric, mentoring and a final ranking show progress and gaps. Assessment covers the product and individual contributions.
/ 05
Founders test ideas; product managers and analysts practice AI delivery; developers connect technology with markets; marketers run product experiments; students experience a team launch.
/ 06
Expect time commitment, independent work and discussion of mistakes. EVA does not guarantee revenue, investment or a job. For an overview of tools, start with the free knowledge base.
/ 07
Choose research in one of 10 directions, including venture capital for AI, instead of a product project. Agree a supervisor, data, methods and resources first. The goal is a verifiable study and manuscript when evidence supports it; journal acceptance and patents are not guaranteed.
