Consent to personal data processing

Operator and purpose
I consent to the operator identified below processing data I voluntarily provide to review and answer my enquiry about EVA participation, a project, corporate case or partnership. This consent is separate from the terms of use and does not order a paid service.
Data
Data is limited to completed fields or information in my enquiry: name, email, Telegram, country, time zone, language, role, student status, organization, job title and project or partnership details. Sensitive categories, biometric data and third-party personal data are not requested for these purposes.
Operations and limits
I authorise collection, recording, organization, storage, correction, retrieval, use and transfer of completed fields to the EVA team’s private group through @evaedfeedbackbot on Telegram, restriction and deletion, with and without automation, as needed to answer my enquiry. The request is first stored on the operator’s server in Russia. I understand that Telegram is a separate service and its policy applies to transmission and message storage. This consent does not permit advertising, public disclosure or unrelated transfers. I may instead contact the operator by email.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts until its purpose is fulfilled or it is withdrawn, for no longer than three years for an enquiry unless an independent legal ground requires otherwise. Send withdrawal, correction or deletion requests to the operator’s email. Withdrawal ends consent-based processing; only processing with an independent lawful ground may continue.

Success is shown only after Telegram confirms delivery. If delivery is unconfirmed, the website reports an error and keeps the entered fields.
